This ref has absolutely no business on an NFL field. He is as dazed and confused as could be and inspires absolutely no confidence that he even knows what planet he's on. Take him out back and put a slug in him
He was fined $2800 by the NFL for f'ing up the clock in the Ravens game and what is his reward - top dog on Monday Night Football the next damn week. He'll probably be commissioner by Wednesday.
